What is included in a typical quote?
Deliverables (screens and roles), technology stack, milestone schedule, what is in phase one vs later, hosting assumptions, and a single investment number. Change requests after kickoff need a written amendment before extra work starts.
Is there a fee just to get a quote?
No. WhatsApp or call us, describe the messiest workflow, and we reply with a fixed-scope proposal. Factory visits in Ankleshwar or Bharuch are available when they save a week of emails.
What about hosting and maintenance after go-live?
Hosting is usually a few hundred to a few thousand rupees per month depending on traffic and data. Optional maintenance covers bug fixes, small changes, and dependency updates. We list these clearly in the proposal so there are no surprise retainers.
