Terms of Service
Rules for using asinfosolution.com and for engaging AS Infosolution on custom software projects. Paid work is also governed by your written project agreement.
Last updated: 18 July 2026
The website is informational — a quote or Project Agreement creates the real commitment.
Scope, fees, IP, and timelines for builds live in your written proposal or contract.
Disputes for these Site terms are under Indian law, with courts in Gujarat.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms govern use of asinfosolution.com and, where applicable, engagements with AS Infosolution. By using the Site you agree to them.
Paid project work is also governed by a quote, proposal, statement of work, or contract (Project Agreement). If that conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement controls for that engagement.

The Site — informational use
Service descriptions, portfolio, demos, blog posts, and pricing ranges are general information. They do not by themselves create a binding delivery contract or guarantee business outcomes.
Portfolio items may use placeholder client names for privacy. Demo environments are illustrative unless we state otherwise in writing.
Enquiries & quotes
A contact form, email, or WhatsApp message is a request for information — not an order. Quotes are valid for the period stated (or a reasonable period). Work starts only after mutual written acceptance of scope and commercial terms (accepted proposal, agreed advance, or signed Project Agreement).
Services
We provide custom software design and development, consulting, and related work (websites, portals, admin systems, APIs, mobile when scoped). Deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and fees are in the Project Agreement.
Unless written otherwise, hosting, third-party licences, app-store accounts, domains, paid APIs, and ongoing maintenance are outside the initial build.
Client responsibilities
- Timely feedback, content, access, and decisions
- Rights to materials you supply (logos, copy, data)
- A primary contact authorised to approve milestones
- Lawful use of deliverables and compliance with third-party platform terms you choose
Late client input can extend timelines. We are not responsible for delay or defects from inaccurate requirements, late approvals, or third-party outages outside our control.
Fees & payment
Fees, schedule, and taxes (including GST where applicable) are in the Project Agreement or invoice. Overdue amounts may pause work. This Site does not process card payments for projects; methods are agreed separately (for example bank transfer).
Intellectual property
- Site content — Our website, branding, and pre-existing tools remain our property.
- Project deliverables — Ownership/licence as stated in the Project Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, custom deliverables are typically assigned or licensed upon full payment for those items; we retain pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and know-how.
- Portfolio — Unless you object in writing or the agreement restricts it, we may describe the work (named or anonymised) in marketing, respecting privacy aliases.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business information shared for an enquiry or project and use it only for that purpose, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public. Detailed terms may appear in the Project Agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the Site, forms, or messaging channels
- Attempt unauthorised access or abusive scraping
- Submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
We may block access or ignore abusive submissions. Rate limits may apply.
Warranties & disclaimers
The Site is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
For paid work, warranties and support (if any) are only as in the Project Agreement. We do not guarantee business results (revenue, rankings, adoption) unless expressly written there.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or similar damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill, from Site use
- Aggregate liability from Site use limited to INR 5,000 (or the non-excludable legal minimum)
- Paid project liability as in the Project Agreement; if silent, limited to fees paid for the relevant deliverables in the three months before the claim
Nothing excludes liability that Indian law does not allow to be excluded (for example fraud where prohibition applies).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AS Infosolution against claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or materials you supply that infringe third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Termination
You may stop using the Site anytime. We may suspend the Site or refuse service for breach or operational reasons. Project termination and any refund follow the Project Agreement.
Privacy
Personal data from the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any different venue in a Project Agreement, courts in Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes from these Terms or Site use, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued Site use after changes means acceptance. Material changes to ongoing paid work follow the Project Agreement.
