Scope
This policy covers:

It does not cover third-party sites we link to (WhatsApp, social networks, external demos). Software we build for clientsmay process their end users' data under that client's own privacy notice — they are typically the controller for their users.

WhatsApp or email threads include whatever you choose to send. We do not collect payment card numbers through this Site. Project payments are agreed separately (for example bank transfer).

When Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Vercel Analytics is enabled, those tools may set cookies and collect usage data under their terms — to understand traffic, not to sell your data.

Contact-form rate limiting may process your IP (or a similar identifier) in a short-lived cache to prevent spam and abuse.
