Overview

AS Project Management is the internal delivery platform built and used by AS Infosolution to manage every client project we ship. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads with a structured workspace per company, sprint-scoped Kanban boards, and a full workflow engine that tracks tasks from backlog through peer review to QA.

What we solved

  • Designing multi-tenant RBAC that isolates company data while allowing super-admin cross-tenant visibility
  • Sprint-scoped Kanban — tasks must only appear on the board when assigned to the active sprint
  • Archive-only lifecycle: no hard deletes across projects, tasks, users, or clients to preserve audit history
  • Dual-write workflow: task status transitions update both the Kanban column and the timesheet simultaneously

What we shipped

  • Sprint-scoped Kanban board with workflow columns (To Do → Dev → Peer Review → QA → Done)
  • Backlog management with sprint assignment and task prioritisation
  • Module grouping to organise tasks across feature areas and sprints
  • QA queue for structured testing cycles with fail/pass transitions
  • Timesheet and work-log tracking linked to individual tasks
